A clean, crisp golden pale pilsner with a spicy, floral hop aroma. Polish Marynka and Saaz hops are the driving force in this brew's hop character, resulting in a balanced, yet complex Pils.
SPICY TUNA TARTARE
INDIA PALE ALE
Lighter than your average IPA, these Amarillo and El Dorado hops steal the show. The result is stone fruit, citrus and all around tropical hoppy goodness.
CORN & CHORIZO FRITTER
RED 5 ALE
A full bodied red ale where the malt and hops battle it out creating a beautifully balanced brew. On the nose Citra hop aroma, hop spice from the Galena on the tip of your tongue, big caramel notes on the after palate, bitter finish.
The force is strong with this one.
BRAISED PORK BELLY MOLE
Polenta, herb salad
CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
This dark and broody milk stout is full-bodied and perfect to cuddle up next to a fire with. A solid and robust drink that has been aged on cacao nibs and shells provided by the East Van Roasting Company.
VANILLA PANNA COTTA
Rum roasted pineapple carpaccio
TINY LITTLE TART GOLDEN SOUR
Kettle soured, then fermented with our house ale yeast. Next, we dry hop the hell out of this beer with Equanot and Idaho 7 hops, both accentuating the beautiful bouquet of passion fruit and citrus.
Rizzla Rice Lager is an easy drinking Asian style lager made with a blend of barley, rice, hops, water and yeast. Brewed using rice properly, for flavour rather than filler, bittered with classic northern brewer hops to balance the rice sweetness. We also use an enzyme during fermentation which significantly reduces the gluten in this brew.
We have had two independent tests done, on two separate batches, by the good folks at White Labs and the Seibel Institute. These tests have shown that we’ve managed to reduce the gluten to under ten parts of gluten per million, which is below the recommended threshold (<20ppm) of gluten for those with gluten allergies and intolerances. Every batch is also tested twice in the same manner.

You might ask what does gluten friendly mean? As we initially produce this beer with a gluten product (barley) and later reduce the gluten during fermentation, we aren't able to call this beer gluten free, but gluten friendly or gluten reduced.
